Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping update when your order is on the way.

Estimated delivery times
Australia: 3-5 business days after dispatch.
United States: 6-9 business days after dispatch.
Other international destinations: delivery times vary by destination.

Shipping rates
Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on your delivery country and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, if available, will be applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies.

Tracking
Where tracking is available, a tracking number will be provided after your order has shipped.

Customs, duties and import taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless they are collected at checkout.

Incorrect addresses
