Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident shopping with JoW Lane. Please review our returns and exchanges policy before placing an order.

Return window
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with packaging included.

Jewelry and hygiene
For hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Items showing signs of wear, perfume, makeup, or damage caused after delivery may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or store credit where appropriate.

Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted for eligible items. Original shipping costs are not refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
Exchanges depend on product availability. If the item you want is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund for eligible returns.
